Enterprise & internal systems

Beyond those three, we should talk directly

When the problem is an internal system, an integration across several data sources, or software that runs real operations, a fixed price list is either too high for you or too low to do the job properly. We scope it first, then quote against exactly that.

  • Internal management software, portals, ordering systems
  • ERP, accounting, warehouse or partner API integration
  • Migrating a legacy system to a new platform with data intact
  • Operational commitments (SLA) and long-term support

Payment

Milestone-based deposits

Money follows progress. Each milestone is tied to something you can see and judge before releasing the next payment.

  1. 0%01

    Scoping

We discuss what you need and agree the scope and timeline in writing. Free, and with no obligation.

  2. 40%02

    Kick-off deposit

Paid once you approve the scope. Design work and architecture begin.

  3. 30%03

    Design approval

You review and sign off the finished design. This milestone is settled before any code is written.

  4. 30%04

    Acceptance & handover

The site runs on your real domain, you test it and sign acceptance. Source code and all accounts transfer to you.

The Launch package uses two milestones instead: 50% to start and 50% on acceptance.

Commitments

Six principles that make both sides win

Every point below becomes a clause in the contract, not a promise made in a meeting. Together they are the ground a partnership both sides want to continue can stand on.

01

Clear from the very first line

Both sides sign a scope document listing every deliverable, so you always know exactly what you are getting. Anything beyond it is quoted separately and waits for your go-ahead — never a surprise invoice.

02

The work is yours, completely

Source code, domain and infrastructure accounts are in your name from handover day. We hand over every key, keep no kill switch and claim no rights to any part of it.

03

Free to go your own way

We build on widely known technology and standard infrastructure, so any team can pick the work up and carry it forward. You stay because you want to, not because you are locked in.

04

Every stage leaves something of value

Each completed milestone is yours to keep along with its source code, even if the journey ends earlier than planned. Any unused deposit comes back to you in full.

05

Being on time is a shared job

If a delay is ours, the contract sets out a clear reduction. If the schedule waits on your content, we move it together and neither side is penalised. One set of rules, applied equally.

06

Your information is always respected

Data, documents and business information you share are used for this project only. The work appears in our portfolio only when you are happy for it to.

Warranty

Source code warranty

The warranty runs from the acceptance date. Within that window, anything in the covered list is fixed at no cost, however many times it occurs.

Duration by package

Launch
3 months
Professional
6 months
Advanced
12 months

Response commitments

  • Reply within one business day
  • Faults that make the site unusable: fixed within three business days
  • Non-blocking faults: handled in the next update batch

Covered

  • Functionality behaving differently from the agreed scope
  • Rendering faults on the browsers and devices we committed to
  • Security defects inside the code we wrote
  • The site becoming unreachable because of configuration on our side
  • Breakage from platform updates, where our implementation caused it

Not covered

  • New features, design changes or additional content
  • Failures in third-party services (payment gateways, partner APIs, mail providers)
  • Faults appearing after someone else modifies the source
  • Provider outages, or accounts that lapsed without renewal
  • Changes forced by new legal requirements or third-party policy

After the warranty ends

You can maintain it yourself — you have the full source and documentation — or take a monthly support plan, or hire us by the hour as needed. Nothing obliges you to continue.

Infrastructure

Annual running costs, stated up front

Building the site is a one-off cost. Keeping it running is an annual one. Every line but the last is paid straight to a provider, not through us. These are the real figures.

ItemCost per yearNotes
.com domain$10 – 14Renews annually, varies by registrar
Cloud hosting$0The free tier covers most business websites
If free limits are exceededabout $60Only under heavy traffic — $5 per month
Email on your domain$0 – 65Zoho Mail free tier, or Google Workspace
SSL, CDN, DDoS protection$0Included with the hosting plan
Annual maintenance (optional)10% of packageThe one line paid to DynFoundry — only if you pick option 2 below
What most clients pay providers$12 – 80 per yearExcludes the maintenance fee, which is optional.

Two ways to manage it after handover

Pick either one, and switch whenever you want.

Option 1

You manage it yourself

Every account is created under your email and in your name from the outset. We are only invited in during the build, and step out at handover.

  • Domain, hosting, email and analytics accounts transferred to you
  • Renewal instructions for each service, with screenshots
  • A cost sheet with the expiry date of every item
  • You pay providers directly — no intermediary, no markup
  • Auto-renew switched on at handover so nothing lapses
Option 2

We remind you each year

The accounts still belong to you; you simply do not have to remember the dates. We keep the renewal calendar and reach out before anything expires.

  • A reminder 30 days out, and again 7 days out, per item
  • Sent with that year's cost sheet and the steps to take
  • Hands-on help with the renewal if you want it, over a call or together
  • One review a year: anything no longer used gets cancelled
  • Free during the warranty period, then 10% of the package value a year

Have a system that needs to be done right?

The first conversation is always free, and always ends with a concrete direction — even when that direction does not involve us.
